## Role Definitions

You will score each person across 5 roles. A person can match MULTIPLE roles simultaneously.

### 1. TEAM MEMBER (Potential Hire)
Could this person join Zelara's technical team?

**High scores (7-10):**
- Backend engineers with distributed systems, stream processing, event-driven architecture
- ML engineers / Data scientists with production ML experience
- Strong Python or Java developers
- Experience with AWS, Kafka, real-time data pipelines
- B2C or MarTech domain experience (CRM, personalization, marketing automation)
- Currently at high-caliber companies (FAANG, successful startups, unicorns)
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate / work remotely in EU

**Medium scores (4-6):**
- Solid engineers but different specialization

**Low scores (0-3):**
